鹏博新主题上线！

这个主题从开始到结束之花了我近一天的时间，主题灵感来自Sohu UED，在完成前台页面后，参考mg12的文章《为主题添加管理选项》，制作了主题后台。

由于本人PS技艺不精，感谢墨弦音和扣儿帮我处理图片，好人呐

    使用的是这个插件“mail to commenter”
